Kaizen: continuous improvement based on the idea that small, ongoing positive changes can reap major improvements.

A hiring process is something that does require adjustments regularly.

The adjustments must be done with the larger organization strategy in mind. If this is not done the results are a hiring process that is lacking alignment, clunky, time consuming and just not effective.

Each new TA leader that comes into the team has great ideas but in time if those ideas are not in alignment as a whole, you are left with a process and ATS that is full of great ideas but lacking a clearly defined path to create hiring success that matches the organization’s hiring needs.

This Case Study reviews the challenges and successes as a result of a situation described above. Each previous TA leader had great ideas. Their ATS had a lot of great configurations but it lacked a streamlined process to support the recruiter’s efforts to reach their hiring goals. Efficiencies were not built in as a result the team was quite administrative in nature. Once we clearly defined their process, configured the ATS to align the results are very impressive.
